La Mirande is housed in a striking 14th century building, formerly a cardinal's palace, and situated in the centre of Avignon 10 metres from the Palace of the Popes. The hotel's 20 air conditioned guestrooms have traditional decor with wood panelling, high ceilings, and features such as wall tapestries or chintz panels. Marseille Provence Airport is 100 kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 50 minutes.
