The Stars Bordeaux Sud is a modern building with a simple, white exterior and an interior designed on a nautical theme. The hotel is located in the Bordelais Wine Region, nine kilometers away from the center of Bordeaux. The 45 guestrooms are decorated in cheery blue and white, with seaside motifs and touches of yellow. All guestrooms have Internet connections, telephones, satellite television, and private bathrooms with showers and complimentary toiletries.
Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast in the airy nautical themed restaurant room with its white walls, touches of blue, and light wooden furnishings. On request, a light lunch or dinner can also be prepared; cuisine is French. Alternatively, guests can take advantage of room service, or relax with a newspaper in the bar or lobby. Internet access is available for those wishing to check their schedules or look up local information and free parking is available for those arriving by car. For convenience, the hotel has a 24 hour front desk with safe deposit box service and the hotel also offers business services. The restaurants, bars, shops and historical attractions of Bordeaux are just nine kilometers away, and vineyards can be found within five kilometers. Bordeaux Merignac Airport is approximately 10 kilometers and a five minute drive away from the hotel.The best way to reach the hotel is by taxi, and numerous taxis are available at the airport. The cost should be approximately 20 EUR.

From Bordeaux Merignac:
Over 50 taxis are always available at the airport. The airport can also be reached via shuttle bus. Jet'Bus operates a shuttle service from Bordeaux city center to the airport. Buses leave the airport every 30 minutes. They leave the Gare St Jean (Bordeaux Central Station) for the airport every 30 minutes.
