The best way from Farranfore Kerry Airport is by hire car or taxi; a typical fare should be in the region of 100 EUR. There is a frequent bus service from Cork airport to the bus station in Parnell Place in Cork city centre. From there catch a train at the main station to Killarney from where buses to Waterville are available.
