Special events can be accommodated in the hotel's 1,400 square foot banquet room, complete with a restaurant style kitchen and two smaller rooms. The hotel's 33,000 square foot green, located across the street, is a popular venue for weddings and other group events. There is a sundeck with a large outdoor pool with children's section and a spa tub. Beach chairs, WaveRunners and parasailing are available at the resort. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to the airport.
Guestrooms at Beachbreak by the Sea feature private gulf front balconies with views of the gulf. Complimentary dial up Internet access and cable television with premium channels are provided.
